Muhammad, Isma‘il, Ana Khanum, and Ma‘sumah Khanum, the children of ‘Abd Allah, complained against Hajar Khanum, the daughter of Karbalayi Isma‘il, regarding a property, which was settled in exchange for ten tumans. Each of ‘Abd Allah’s children received their share.

Gul Nisa’ Khanum's sale document, 1896
Gul Nisa’ Khanum, the daughter of Mulla Yusuf Harzandi, sells a piece of land to Mirza Masih, Lutf‘ali, and ‘Abd al-Rasul, the sons of Mulla ‘Abd al-‘Ali, in exchange for three tumans. It is noted that the contract was made with the permission of Gul Nisa’ Khanum's husband, Mulla Faraj Allah.

Sale of properties and dividing the shares, 1949
Karbalayi ‘Abd al-‘Ali has sold three plots of mountain land to Karbalayi ‘Ali Akbar, and has given the money to Muhammad and Fatimah (the guardians of the underage children). He has also given Najafquli (the brother of Ahmad) for his share of land he has bought from Karbalayi Afzal. The document further states the shares of the daughters of the late Muhammad, Sakinah and Halimah (each gets one sixth from the sale of the mountain plots), as well as sisters of Ahmad and Najafquli (one sister gets 12 tumans and the other 12.5 tumans). If they do not agree with this [settlement], 12.5 tumans...

Zaynab Khanum's sale document, 1917
Zaynab Khanum, the daughter of Najaf, sells two-thirds of a property located in Sirin farm, to Aqa Sadiq, the son of Mulla ‘Ali, in exchange for fourteen tumans. The note on the margin states that Aqa Sadiq has declared that the purchased property is co-owned with Husayn, the son of Baqir, thus he has transferred half of the property to Husayn in exchange for seven tumans.
